1. Introduction

Welcome to Braggn University. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the website located at braggnuniversity.com or the Braggn University mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Braggn University (“us”, “we”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.

2.  Definitions

  • “All-Access Membership” refers to the product offered by Braggn University through the Platform. This membership grants the purchaser access to the Platform’s content library for a one-time payment of $1,000.
  • “Lifetime access” refers to access for as long as Braggn University continues to operate the Platform and make its educational content available in substantially the same form. It does not guarantee access for the natural lifetime of the purchaser.
  • Lifetime access does not mean ownership of the content. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content for personal educational purposes only. All content remains the exclusive property of Braggn University.
  • Braggn University reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at its discretion.

3. Educational Content

Braggn University provides educational videos and resources for hair stylists seeking to learn new techniques and skills. We emphasize that:

  • We are not an accredited university and do not offer diplomas, degrees, or formal educational qualifications.
  • Our content is intended for educational purposes only.
  • We make no representations about the suitability of the content for any purposes.
  • We do not guarantee employment, salary increases, or career advancement upon completion of any courses or videos.
  • Any certificates issued by Braggn University represent only proof of course completion and do not constitute an academic degree or industry-accredited certification.

4. Account Usage and Security

To access our video content, you must register for an account, purchase an All-Access Membership, and provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not disclose your password to any third party or allow multiple users outside your household to access content through a single account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Consequences of Unauthorized Account Use

Violations of account usage, including sharing or distributing access, may result in:

  • Warning notice
  • Temporary suspension
  • Termination of your account and permanent loss of access
  • Legal action, if applicable

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without our express permission.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital content services, all sales are final. Once an All-Access Membership has been purchased and access granted, no cancellations or refunds will be issued, except in limited circumstances at our sole discretion, such as duplicate charges, fraudulent transactions, or technical issues preventing access.

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Braggn University or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

12. Accessibility and Use of Service
