Cancellation Policy

At Braggn University (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content to our members across both our website braggnuniversity.com and our mobile application (“the Platform”). This Cancellation Policy explains the rules that apply to the cancellation of memberships, purchases, and account access. By purchasing and using Braggn University services through either the website or the app, you agree to this policy.
1. Membership Purchases
- All purchases of the All-Access Membership, whether made through the website or mobile app, are final.
- Once payment has been processed and access to the Braggn University content library has been granted, no cancellations or refunds will be issued, except as expressly outlined in Section 3 of this Policy.
2. Account Deactivation
- Members may request that their account be deactivated at any time by contacting us at info@braggnuniversity.com.
- Account deactivation does not entitle the member to a refund, partial or otherwise, for any unused access.
- Upon deactivation, the member will lose all access to educational content, course updates, and community features across both the website and mobile app.
3. Limited Refund Exceptions
While our general policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Technical issues that prevent access to the content and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@braggnuniversity.com within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. All refund decisions are final and made solely at the discretion of Braggn University.
4. Cancellation Before Checkout Completion
- If you have not yet completed checkout and payment has not been processed, you may freely cancel your purchase by abandoning the checkout process on either the website or the mobile app.
5. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Cancellation Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. If material changes are made, we will provide notice on our website, in our mobile app, or by direct communication before the new terms take effect.
6. Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
